• W2 Contract, 6 Months
• This is a hybrid schedule 1-3 days (depending on Meetings) onsite at Oak Brook Terrace, IL.
• Shift Schedule: 08:00 AM- 04:30 PM

Overview

• Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a project team focused on defining and clarifying T&S growth strategy and execution plans for success. The successful candidate will play a critical role in documenting complex business processes, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and ensuring project progress is clearly communicated to drive organizational success

Responsibilities

• Document complex business processes and detailed workflows to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document comprehensive requirements.
• Provide regular and detailed updates on project progress to leadership and team members.
• Collaborate within a project team environment to refine execution plans and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain a high level of organization across project documentation and communication channels.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar capacity.
• Proven expertise in documenting complex business processes and process mapping.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Exceptional language and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of business analysis principles and techniques, as well as experience with project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working on strategy and execution projects within a corporate environment.
