#### Role Overview

We are seeking a talented HCM Solution Architect to drive the evolution of our next-generation Human Capital Management platform. You will play a key role in shaping the technical vision for a hybrid Oracle HCM and cloud data integration ecosystem. As part of a cross-functional team, you will architect and guide the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable HCM solutions while aligning with enterprise-wide best practices.

#### Primary Responsibilities

- **Technical Solution Design:** Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to conceptualize and deliver modern Oracle HCM Cloud and data integration architectures.
- **Integration Leadership:** Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Azure, and related technologies to unite business systems.
- **Best Practices & Compliance:** Ensure platform and data solutions adhere to corporate security, compliance, and cloud architecture guidelines.
- **Documentation & Standards:** Produce detailed architectural blueprints, establish design patterns, and conduct architecture reviews.
- **Support & Troubleshooting:** Provide deep technical guidance for resolving escalated production incidents within the HCM stack.
- **Innovation & Mentorship:** Champion the adoption of automation, new integration patterns, and emerging data technologies within development teams.

#### Essential Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, covering configuration, security, reporting (OTBI, BIP), data exchange (HDL, HCM Extract), Payroll, and Fast Formulas.
- Practical exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Advanced Data systems (ATP/ADW), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, RESTful API integration, ETL processes, CI/CD, and version control systems.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with complex, event-driven cloud systems.

#### Desirable Skills & Certifications

- Working knowledge of Azure cloud technologies; Azure certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data integration platforms such as Databricks, Kafka, or Informatica IDMC.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation scripting, and test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub) and enterprise architecture platforms (e.g., LeanIX).
