We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Absence Management, and preferably Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

< data-start="499" data-end="524">Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Configure and maintain:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Management
- Absence Management
- Core HR
Preferred experience in:
- Payroll
- Benefits
Perform testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide post-go-live support and user training.

< data-start="1113" data-end="1133">Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
Hands-on expertise in Recruiting, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
Good understanding of Core HR processes.
Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and Benefits.
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred.
Experience working in global implementation projects.
