Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in release management, roadmap planning, and enterprise delivery to support a team managing multiple concurrent initiatives (8+ active projects). This role blends hands-on engineering with coordination across release cycles, ensuring structured, predictable delivery of enterprise solutions.

Candidates with consulting backgrounds and experience working across complex, fast-paced environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support release planning, release maps, and roadmap execution across multiple enterprise initiatives
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive execution
• Track and manage risks, dependencies, and release readiness
• Produce and maintain documentation including roadmaps, release artifacts, and technical deliverables
• Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint and program-level planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or application development experience
• Strong experience with release management, roadmap planning, or program delivery
• Experience with enterprise application development (Java, Python, or similar)
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
• Proven ability to support multiple concurrent projects and releases
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in consulting (Big 4 or similar: Deloitte, Accenture, EY, KPMG)
• Experience coordinating release cycles across multiple teams or programs
• Ability to provide work samples (roadmaps, release plans, architecture or delivery artifacts)
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes
