Position: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer (Job Id - # 3240547)

Location: Los Angeles CA 90024 (100% REMOTE)

Duration: 6 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

  • Work hours: Mon Fri, 08:00am 05:00pm Pacific Time.

Manager is looking for a hands on Salesforce Service Cloud consultant or developer who can lead a call center implementation using Salesforce and Genesys from end to end. This person needs strong experience configuring Service Cloud and call center functionality such as softphone, click to dial, call pop, queues, and routing, along with experience integrating a CCaaS platform like Genesys or a similar telephony system. Beyond configuration, they should be able to gather requirements from stakeholders, design the solution, handle testing including regression and UAT, and manage deployment. The role also requires solid Salesforce declarative skills such as flows, permissions, and object configuration, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with business, IT, and external partners. Bonus experience includes Service Cloud Voice, AWS Connect, healthcare environments, and light Salesforce development.

Requirements:

  • Strong Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience
  • Hands on call center or CCaaS configuration within Salesforce such as softphone, click to dial, call pop, queues, and routing
  • Experience integrating a telephony platform like Genesys or a similar CCaaS solution
  • Ability to lead end to end implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Solid experience with testing such as writing test scripts, regression testing, and supporting UAT
  • Salesforce declarative skills including flows, users, permissions, objects, and page layouts
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners
