They are looking for a highly autonomousProduct Design Lead who brings 3-5+ years of experience designing complex, stateful digital products and strong frontend React skills to operate as a true technical partner. You will own the entire design process to build a scalable, component-driven design system that engineers will use by default and that is directly consumable by AI tools like Claude Code-taking design completely out of the Figma silo.
