Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
AI/ML Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML system architecture, cloud and hybrid platforms, and real-time data processing, with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills - Proven expertise in AI/ML system and solution architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to design scalable, flexible, and cost-efficient architectures
- Deep understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform preferred)
- Experience with high-volume, real-time data processing systems
- Hands-on exposure to deep learning, particularly in NLP and/or Computer Vision
- Experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance controls in AI systems
- Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and agile development practices
- Familiarity with Explainable AI (XAI) techniques and bias mitigation
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation
Roles & Responsibilities - Define, design, and govern AI/ML and Generative AI architectures
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency standards
- Integrate AI/ML systems with existing enterprise and data architectures
- Conduct architectural reviews, recommend best practices, and provide technical leadership
- Guide engineering teams on model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and ethical AI guidelines
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
Generic Managerial & Soft Skills - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional, global teams
- Comfortable mentoring teams and influencing technical decisions without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms
- Exposure to GenAI frameworks, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience in consulting or large system integrator environments
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.)
