Role Overview
We are seeking two vocal, hands-on Lead AWS Connect Engineers to guide a team of senior developers on a new Sales Scripting project. This role involves leading the automation of sales outreach calls and ensuring the quality and successful delivery of application products and services. The ideal candidate will be a strong AWS Developer with significant experience in AWS Connect and Lambdas, possessing excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects focused on the development and end-to-end delivery of application products and services.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring senior developers meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise software solutions using AWS, with a focus on AWS Connect and Lambdas.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on the delivery of data and application architecture.
- Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
- Oversee tier 3 application support activities, including application upgrades and patches.
- Serve as a technical adviser to management, offering a software engineering perspective on system requirements.
- Facilitate people management, define roles and responsibilities, and support staff development.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science is required, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge and skills.
Experience: 5-7 years of related experience in application development and software engineering.
Technical Skills:- Strong development experience with AWS, specifically AWS Connect and Lambdas.
- Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and projects.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex software solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Change Management.
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture.
- Demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management.
