Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States
6 month contract with potential to extend or convert.

Role Overview
This position leads the collaboration between business and technology stakeholders. The primary function is to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional technical requirements. These requirements will guide the design and development teams in constructing technical solutions that meet business needs, with a focus on projects involving AWS Connect and automating sales outreach calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope, impact, and success criteria.
- Analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and adherence to standards.
- Translate conceptual user needs into clear, functional requirements for the development team.
- Develop and maintain system and business process models, specifications, and diagrams.
- Deconstruct and document requirements, uploading them to Confluence.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate changes and modifications of business requirements to project managers and stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with internal teams to design and build effective, scalable systems.
- Document business requirements and potential solutions for system functionality.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Requires 5 to 7 years of related experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Technical Skills:- Experience with AWS Connect.
- Proficiency in breaking down and documenting requirements in Confluence.
- Knowledge of healthcare payer business functions and operations.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with data processing.
Soft Skills:- Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management.
- Capability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
