ABOUT THE ROLE
Growing national insurance agency — 40 US employees +
25-person Philippines back-office handling all quoting, certs, ID cards, and admin. PLAM inherits a $2.5MM book from day one and focuses purely on retention and sales. Zero quoting burden on the producer.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow existing $2.5MM personal lines book
• Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and specialty products
• Convert inbound leads + proactive outbound sales
• Perform needs-based coverage assessments
• Explain coverage, limits, deductibles, and exclusions
• Meet or exceed production and activity goals
• Clean handoff to service team for all quoting and admin
• Document all activity in Applied EPIC
• Follow carrier underwriting guidelines
• Stay current on preferred and non-standard carriers
REQUIREMENTS
• Active NM P&C; license — mandatory
• Personal lines insurance experience
• Consultative sales and retention focus
• Applied EPIC or similar AMS experience
• Compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

• NM market familiarity
