Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET custom application development and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. Experience in the Retail and Order Management System (OMS) domain is highly preferred.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications while mentoring development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET applications in cloud environments
Architect and develop cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
Guide development teams on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders
Drive Agile development practices including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
Implement and promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD best practices
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support guidance
Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization
Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of experience & atleast 4 years of experience working as lead

Strong experience in .NET / .NET Core / C# development
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized applications
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Solid experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Experience with REST APIs and cloud integrations
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Retail or Order Management System (OMS) domain
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Exposure to Docker, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code
Experience working in distributed or remote teams
