Job Description
Payments Project Manager with 8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong project/program management experience in Banking and Payments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end delivery of Payments technology initiatives, from planning and requirements through implementation and production rollout.
· Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and delivery milestones.
· Coordinate across Business, Product, Architecture, Development, QA, Infrastructure, Operations, and vendor teams.
· Drive governance meetings, status reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive/client communications.
· Partner with Business Analysts and Product teams to ensure business requirements and payment-processing needs are translated into executable delivery plans.
· Coordinate application, integration, testing, certification, deployment, and production-readiness activities.
· Identify delivery risks and blockers proactively and drive them to closure.
· Manage Agile ceremonies, release planning, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies.
· Provide concise project health, milestone, risk, and escalation reporting to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
· Strong Project/Program Management experience in Banking or Financial Services.
· Hands-on experience managing Payments programs/projects.
· Knowledge of payment-processing lifecycle and payment systems.
· Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and project governance experience.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting skills.
· Ability to manage distributed onsite/offshore technology teams.
· Good understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and production environments.

· ACH / Wire / Real-Time Payments
· SWIFT and payment messaging

· Payment processing, reconciliation, exceptions, and settlement
