Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 per year

Job Details- Serve as project manager and lead engineer on a wide mix of projects and clients
- Own project budgets and quality from planning through delivery
- Mentor junior engineers while staying hands on technically
- Write proposals, set engineering fees, and help win new work
- Build long term client relationships and coordinate staffing across your projects
Requirements
- Ten or more years of mechanical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer license
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, and onsite construction experience is a plus
- Five years of AutoCAD or Revit experience
- Familiarity with IES VE and HVAC load calculation software
