Senior Lead SAP EC Payroll Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

We are hiring a Senior Lead SAP EC Payroll Consultant with extensive experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll implementations. This is a long-term, fully remote opportunity for someone who can lead, configure, and deliver end-to-end payroll solutions for complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP EC Payroll or HCM Payroll systems.
• Manage payroll processes: gross-to-net, garnishments, tax reporting, year-end activities.
• Conduct parallel payroll testing and troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and define technical configurations.
• Collaborate with global payroll teams and ensure process compliance.
• Integrate SAP Payroll with SAP FI, Time Management, Compensation, and third-party systems.
• Develop custom rules, operations, and user exits.
• Maintain wage types, off-cycle processing, and levies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in SAP Payroll (ECP or HCM) configuration and support.
• Expertise in U.S. Payroll processes and compliance.
• 4+ full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
• Experience with BSI Tax Factory and payroll catalog setup.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written).

Preferred:

• Bachelor s degree.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, PCC, and payroll automation tools.
• 4 5 years of parallel payroll testing experience.
• EC Payroll experience preferred but HCM Payroll is also acceptable.
