Summary

We are hiring a Senior Lead SAP EC Payroll Consultant with extensive experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll implementations. This is a long-term, fully remote opportunity for someone who can lead, configure, and deliver end-to-end payroll solutions for complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement SAP EC Payroll or HCM Payroll systems.
Manage payroll processes: gross-to-net, garnishments, tax reporting, year-end activities.
Conduct parallel payroll testing and troubleshoot payroll issues.
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and define technical configurations.
Collaborate with global payroll teams and ensure process compliance.
Integrate SAP Payroll with SAP FI, Time Management, Compensation, and third-party systems.
Develop custom rules, operations, and user exits.
Maintain wage types, off-cycle processing, and levies.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years in SAP Payroll (ECP or HCM) configuration and support.
Expertise in U.S. Payroll processes and compliance.
4+ full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
Experience with BSI Tax Factory and payroll catalog setup.
Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
Excellent communication (verbal and written).

Preferred:

Bachelor s degree.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, PCC, and payroll automation tools.
4 5 years of parallel payroll testing experience.
EC Payroll experience preferred but HCM Payroll is also acceptable.

Soft Skills:

Self-starter, highly organized, proactive problem-solver.
Comfortable in high-paced, multi-client environments.
