Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager (II)
In this role, you'll: (4 of 5)
Ensure adherence to engineering design plans, Standards & Spec, contract SOW's, and municipal requirements, fostering transparent change management processes.
Manage project pipelines, budgets, scheduling, resource/activity planning, prioritization, vendor performance tracking, project dependency awareness, financial reporting, invoice approval, material management, and develop/maintain the Vendor construction schedule.
Clearly communicate expectations and project status to internal/external stakeholders, ensuring proper project scoping and seamless handoff for network acceptance.
Work autonomously, establishing new program geographical areas with limited onsite support, converting conceptual market deliverables into specific action steps, assigning roles & responsibilities, and troubleshooting creatively under pressure.
At a minimum we'd like you to have: (3 of 4)
2 years of Program/Project Management experience in large scope, capital-intensive, technical scopes of work, including vendor and resource management.
Experience in scheduling projects, capital tracking, reporting project status, and influencing commercial terms with contractors and vendors.
Experience managing telco infrastructure, FTTx operations, or OSP projects with GIS systems, and FTTH records.
It's preferred if you have: (3 of 6)
Experience in operational improvement, process/workflow development, and managing complex cross-functional projects.
Experience using written and verbal communication to resolve conflicts and drive deadlines.
Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority projects and deadlines.
