Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual, functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
Validate healthcare workflows, claims processing, eligibility, and member data.
Track and manage defects using JIRA, ALM, or Quality Center.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills:

Strong Medicare domain experience (Parts A, B, C, & D).
Experience with Manual Testing, SDLC/STLC, and defect tracking tools.
Knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA, and healthcare workflows.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Salesforce development or Salesforce integrations.
Automation testing experience using Selenium, UFT, or similar tools.
Knowledge of EDI transactions (837, 835, 834, 276/277) and SQL.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
