Summary

job summary:

The Events Technology Operations Lead owns the day-to-day operational success of the Self-Service Events program on the Splash platform, supporting a high-volume portfolio of over 3,800 global events annually. Positioned at the intersection of platform usage, compliance, and stakeholder enablement, this role ensures event readiness, oversees ticket triage, and enforces brand and regulatory standards for major global initiatives.

responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end support operations and SLA queues for front-end platform usage, access requests, and compliance/policy inquiries.


Oversee operational processes for platform access, email credit policies, domain exclusions, and notification setups, routing underlying technical configurations to technical teams.


Enforce brand, legal, and compliance standards for event pages, email templates, and registration forms across global locales.


Act as the primary operational point of contact for marketers and event owners, facilitating cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder enablement.


Maintain and continuously improve program training materials, ACT certification curricula, and the AI Channel Expert knowledge base.


Lead operational readiness execution, cross-functional logistics, and event-day issue triage for major global Summits and Innovation Days.




qualifications:

3 to 8 years of operational experience managing enterprise event technology platforms (Splash, Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar) at scale.


Proven background managing governance, compliance, and permission-based access processes alongside legal and risk partners.


Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume support queues, adhere to strict SLAs, and prioritize competing high-stakes requests independently.


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical constraints for non-technical teams.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Functional understanding of email/landing page design principles, global localization, and brand compliance.


Proven track record of developing scalable training curricula, knowledge bases, or certification programs.


Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting frameworks for operational reviews.
