Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud with a focus on the Planning suite. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will lead solution discussions, drive process workshops, and oversee the full implementation lifecycle—from initial design through to SIT, UAT, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: Drive process workshops and solution design discussions with client stakeholders and business SMEs.

• Implementation & Delivery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and data migration.

• Testing & Quality: Lead SIT and UAT cycles, managing defect resolution and ensuring a high-quality, scalable delivery.

• Technical Oversight: Collaborate with offshore development teams to manage technical enhancements, custom objects, DFFs, and report generation.

• Integration Management: Design and map REST API-based integrations between source and target systems, identifying potential discrepancies in complex data scenarios.

• Support: Provide expert-level production incident support and stabilization post-deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent); relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Overall Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Information Technology.

• Domain Expertise: * 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Replenishment Planning, or Supply Chain Collaboration).

  • OR 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle ASCP with a strong desire to transition to Cloud.

• Project Track Record: At least 1 full-lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementation OR 2 full-lifecycle Oracle ASCP implementations.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Business Process Modeling: Ability to simplify and model complex business processes effectively.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, custom fields, and reporting tools.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to translate complex technical solutions for business and management teams.

• Collaborative Spirit: Proven experience working within a Global Delivery Model, collaborating seamlessly with offshore teams and diverse stakeholders.

• Integration Knowledge: Understanding of REST API integration patterns and data mapping for both transactional and configurational data.
