Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
  • Overall Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total IT experience in software engineering and development.
  • Core Skill Alignment:
    • Java Development: 3+ years of experience with Core Java and enterprise frameworks.
    • Event Streaming: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
    • NoSQL Database: 2+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB.
    • Cloud & Orchestration: 3+ years of multi-cloud experience (with strong hands-on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes).
  • Architectural & Design Practices:
    • Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Java Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Design Patterns.
    • Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Disaster Recovery (DR) design.
    • Architectural documentation using UML or standard design tools.
  • Methodologies: Strong operational background in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
