Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join a Contract opportunity in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role will shape compelling B2B content that supports Microsoft-focused marketing efforts across cloud, productivity, security, AI, and business application solution areas. The position is ideal for a strong storyteller who can turn technical subject matter into clear business-focused messaging that strengthens partner engagement and supports revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including campaign content, short-form promotional copy, solution briefs, guides, and sales support assets tailored to different audience needs.

Build messaging frameworks and narrative themes that align with Microsoft go-to-market priorities, partner initiatives, and broader demand generation efforts.

Convert complex technical topics into accessible, value-driven content for managed service providers and small to midsize business audiences.

Partner with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to develop coordinated content that supports multi-channel campaigns and strategic programs.

Review performance data across content initiatives and recommend adjustments that improve audience interaction, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.

Monitor developments in Microsoft technologies, partner programs, and industry trends to keep content timely, relevant, and competitive.

Maintain a high editorial standard by ensuring consistency in tone, accuracy, brand alignment, and overall message quality across deliverables.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, content strategy, channel marketing, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated success creating B2B technology content for multiple stages of the customer journey.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to explain technical products, platforms, or services in language that resonates with business audiences.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage several deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with digital marketing content development, including campaign messaging and email-related assets.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, AI-related offerings, or partner-focused marketing environments is preferred.
