This role focuses on modernizing collaboration platforms, enhancing digital tools for proposal management, and driving innovation through new digital solutions. The position requires strong project management skills, technical understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint Review and Relaunch
- Analyze existing SharePoint structure to identify outdated content, redundant pages, and unused features.
- Plan and execute migration from Classic to Modern Experience, including navigation, permissions, and web parts.
- Implement version control and governance workflows (e.g., version history, approval processes).
- Develop a content management strategy leveraging metadata and approval processes.
- Organize training sessions and change management activities to ensure adoption of modern SharePoint functionalities.
- Enhancement of the ISEG Proposal Review Platform
- Optimize user interface and workflows for improved navigation, filtering, and status tracking.
- Implement new features such as personalization options (custom views) and automated PDF generation for approved proposals.
- Establish quality assurance standards and best practices for proposal submissions.
- Develop onboarding materials, training videos, and user guides.
- Build dashboards for monitoring KPIs (e.g., proposal volume, processing times, endorsement status).
- Development of a Digital Post-Hoc Proposal Platform
- Conduct needs analysis and define technical and functional requirements.
- Integrate the new platform with the existing Proposal Review system to ensure consistency and cost efficiency.
- Design and implement a harmonized process, including RACI matrix and prioritization logic.
- Create standardized templates and submission forms for post-hoc requests.
- Lead MVP pilot and manage global rollout.
- Cross-Functional and Governance Tasks
- Coordinate with Digital Technology, Medical Communities, and Evidence Generation teams to align priorities.
- Drive change management and communication through newsletters, FAQs, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Life Sciences, Digital Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Proven track record in digital project management within healthcare, pharma, or evidence generation environments.
Experience with SharePoint modernization and workflow automation.
Familiarity with proposal management platforms and digital governance frameworks.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SharePoint, workflow tools, and dashboard reporting.
Knowledge of digital platform integration and process optimization.
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead change and drive adoption of digital tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
