Technology Resilience Project Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded
Technology Resilience Project Coordinator to support the continued growth and execution of the Technology Resilience program.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical operations, infrastructure, cloud, disaster recovery, production support, or project management background who can work effectively across multiple technology teams while helping drive strategic initiatives and program execution.
Unlike a traditional project coordinator role, this position requires an individual who can actively participate in technical discussions, understand technology concepts and recovery challenges, engage with engineering and support teams, and translate technical information into meaningful reporting and executive communications.
The successful candidate will help improve operational maturity, drive execution of resilience initiatives, coordinate recovery testing activities, support incident follow-up efforts, and develop executive-level presentations and reporting for senior management.
Key Responsibilities Technology Resilience Program Support - Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives across infrastructure, application, database, cloud, and platform teams.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, and dependencies.
- Assist in the execution and continual improvement of recovery testing activities.
- Help identify opportunities to improve governance, documentation, operational processes, and program effectiveness.
- Support strategic resilience initiatives and special projects.
Technical Coordination & Analysis - Participate in technical meetings involving infrastructure, cloud, application, database, network, storage, cybersecurity, and operational support teams.
- Understand technical discussions and identify key risks, issues, dependencies, and required actions.
- Coordinate follow-up activities between technology teams.
- Assist with troubleshooting discussions and recovery planning efforts.
- Support analysis of recovery gaps, outage trends, and resiliency risks.
Incident & Problem Management Support - Participate in major incident reviews and post-incident analyses.
- Work with support teams to track root cause investigations and remediation efforts.
- Follow issues through closure and ensure accountability for action items.
- Assist in documenting lessons learned and resilience improvement opportunities.
Executive Reporting & Communications - Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for disaster recovery tests, technology resilience initiatives, incident reviews, and management updates.
- Translate highly technical information into concise business-focused messaging.
- Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations.
- Support preparation of materials for leadership committees and governance forums.
Process Improvement & Organizational Effectiveness - Help improve organization, tracking, reporting, documentation, and execution across the Technology Resilience program.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and simplification.
- Support implementation of new processes and tools.
- Assist in building a more scalable and repeatable operating model.
ServiceNow & Reporting - Maintain and enhance ServiceNow reporting and dashboard capabilities.
- Help develop operational metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and resilience reporting.
- Support workflow improvements and process automation opportunities within ServiceNow.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting improvements.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Technical Project Coordination

- Production Support
- Disaster Recovery
- Application Support

- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments.
- Ability to understand technical discussions involving:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting capabilities.
