We're hiring a Genesys Cloud Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years-of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and service integrations
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred
- Familiarity with lucid charts or other workflow modeling tools is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows (IVR, digital, routing, NLU-driven call flows)
- Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation, including FRDs, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications
- Implement API development using RESTful services
- Configure digital channels, including sms and chat
- Support call centers (call flows and CCaSS platform)
- Participate in and/or lead discovery and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other job-related degree
- Genesys certifications, such as Genesys Cloud CX Developer (CCX GCD) or Genesys Cloud CX Architect (GCX ARC) are nice to have
The hourly rate for this position is $57.34.
