Summary

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all GSE maintenance (diesel, gasoline, de-ice trucks, and specialty vehicles).
  • Lead complex repairs, engine overhauls, and system troubleshooting.
  • Manage parts inventory, sourcing, and procurement.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and operational procedures.
  • Analyze maintenance data to improve preventive programs and fleet reliability.
  • Mentor and develop technicians at all levels.
  • Respond to emergency repairs and implement reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mechanical, automotive, or GSE/fleet maintenance experience OR strong combination of mechanical aptitude and leadership.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, or project management experience.
  • Expert skills in engines, hydraulics, electrical, and automotive systems.
  • Experience managing diverse aviation fleets.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
  • Valid driver's license required.
