Oversee all GSE maintenance operations, including de-ice trucks, provide expert troubleshooting, and lead the fleet maintenance program. Ensure equipment reliability, mentor technicians at all levels, and drive improvements in fleet performance.

Responsibilities- Supervise all GSE maintenance (diesel, gasoline, de-ice trucks, and specialty vehicles).
- Lead complex repairs, engine overhauls, and system troubleshooting.
- Manage parts inventory, sourcing, and procurement.
- Provide expert technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and operational procedures.
- Analyze maintenance data to improve preventive programs and fleet reliability.
- Mentor and develop technicians at all levels.
- Respond to emergency repairs and implement reliability initiatives.
Qualifications- 5+ years of mechanical, automotive, or GSE/fleet maintenance experience OR strong combination of mechanical aptitude and leadership.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, or project management experience.
- Expert skills in engines, hydraulics, electrical, and automotive systems.
- Experience managing diverse aviation fleets.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
- Valid driver's license required.
