  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • IT Systems Roadmap Development 
  • Experience as an Enterprise Architect 
  • Experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages (e.g., UML) 
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM 
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols. 
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. 
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including core modules, and components. 
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
