Product Owner

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals. This position has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
  • Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Primary Skill: UNIX/SHELL SCRIPTS.
  • Secondary Skill: UX - Visual designers.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration abilities.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00/hr to $61.37/hr. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
