Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals. This position has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of three days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Primary Skill: UNIX/SHELL SCRIPTS.
- Secondary Skill: UX - Visual designers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong collaboration abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00/hr to $61.37/hr. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
