Position Summary
The Systems & Automation Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of client business systems, with a focus on SAP, reporting, and process automation platforms.
This role requires specialized knowledge in business systems and data environments to support system enhancements, develop automation solutions, and improve operational efficiency. The position combines system analysis with hands-on development of workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise tools such as SAP and Wrike.
The Systems & Automation Analyst is expected to evaluate business requirements, translate them into system-based solutions, and drive continuous improvement across operational processes.
Core Responsibilities
Systems Analysis & SAP
Analyze business requirements and support SAP system configuration, testing, and validation
Evaluate system performance and identify areas for enhancement or optimization
Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders and external partners
Support system upgrades, integrations, and data integrity initiatives
Reporting & Data Analysis
Design, develop, and maintain reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
Analyze datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems
Process Design & Documentation
Develop and maintain structured process documentation within OneNote and SharePoint
Translate business processes into standardized workflows and system logic
Ensure documentation aligns with system functionality and operational requirements
Automation & Application Development
Design and develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate
Evaluate manual processes and implement scalable automation solutions
Support integration of workflows across SAP, Wrike, and Microsoft platforms
Wrike System Administration
Design, build, and optimize Wrike request forms and workflow structures
Ensure accurate data capture and process standardization through system configuration
Monitor workflow performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and compliance
Support enterprise-wide adoption of structured workflow management
Training & System Enablement
Provide training to employees on system functionality, workflows, and tools
Support users in resolving system-related issues and improving system utilization
Promote adherence to standardized processes and system-driven execution
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement system and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows
Drive initiatives that reduce manual work and improve data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
1 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, process automation, or enterprise systems support
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar technologies preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate business requirements into system solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools required
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Effective communication skills with the ability to interface across technical and non-technical teams
