We''re looking for an experienced Programmer Analyst with a strong background in .NET development and Systems Analysis to support enterprise applications in a large, regulated environment.

Required Skills:
✔ 6+ years of C#/.NET and .NET Core development
✔ 5+ years of Systems Analyst experience
✔ Strong Oracle and SQL Server database experience
✔ Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and API integrations
✔ Interface-heavy application development and system integrations
✔ IIS/Web Server experience
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:
✔ TIBCO integration experience
✔ Experience with real-time messaging systems
✔ Background in Utilities, Energy, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, or other regulated industries
