Summary

Role: Senior AI Desktop Engineer 
Location: Tempe / Phoenix metro, Arizona
This is an onsite role with 4 Days in Tempe AZ office.    
Duration: 6 Months+
The final round is a 3 to 3.5 hour onsite in Tempe, where you build a small project and present it to the team. 
Minimum 8+ years total, coding hands-on recently
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. 

JD:
1.Builds Electron desktop apps (Mac + Windows) that put AI into office staff's daily tools.
2.8+ years of software engineering, including shipping production Electron desktop apps on both macOS and Windows.
3.Strong front-end and UX skills (React/TypeScript), plus native desktop features like notifications, file system access and offline sync.
4.AI integration in user-facing apps: LLMs, RAG, agents and chat or voice interfaces.
5.Desktop release and security: code signing, notarization, auto-updates, Intune or Jamf deployment, and OAuth/SSO.
6.Backend and cloud basics: Python, REST and GraphQL APIs, and Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform with CI/CD.
