Location: Paris, KY


Pay Rate: Up to $53.00/hour


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional 6:00 AM start) with overtime as needed

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a highly regulated cGMP production environment. This hands-on role is ideal for engineers with pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience who enjoy solving complex production challenges, improving process performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive process improvements to increase equipment reliability, product quality, throughput, and operational efficiency

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Support capital projects involving manufacturing equipment, automation, control systems, and production processes

  • Partner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and external vendors to achieve operational goals

  • Lead validation, change management (MOC), and continuous improvement projects

  • Analyze production data, monitor process performance metrics, and reduce process variability

  • Support new product introductions and manufacturing technology implementation


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required

  • 5+ years of Process Engineering experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment

  • Experience within pharmaceutical, chemical, solvent, or related manufacturing preferred

  • Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization methodologies

  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Six Sigma and Lean certifications are a plus
