Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Scrum Master, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Own sprint execution: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives-keeping teams focused and unblocked
Track delivery against milestones and create clear, concise status reporting for VP-level audiences
Partner with Engineering Managers/Product Managers to maintain and optimize feature and backlog boards
Support multiple teams simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivery timelines
Analyze delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, capacity, dependencies) to inform planning and leadership updates
Build and maintain lightweight automations using tools like Copilot and Power Automate to reduce manual work
Continuously improve team processes, tooling, and reporting clarity
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to context-switch across teams
Experience creating executive-level reporting and translating delivery data into insights
Working knowledge of Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
Comfort with data analysis and dashboards
Experience or strong interest in automation (Copilot, Power Automate, or similar tools)
Clear communicator who can work equally well with engineers, product managers, and senior leaders
The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
