<>Job Summary<>Financial Success Managers (FSMs) are responsible for monitoring the overall revenue cycle performance of our Connect sites.<>Duties & Responsibilities<>Being engaged during revenue cycle implementation for new sites
Meeting with all live sites to review revenue cycle metrics and align on top focus areas
  • Implementation:
    • Being engaged during revenue cycle implementation for new sites
    • Review go-live expectations and facilitate baseline collection of financial metrics and KPIs.
    • Establish Access and Revenue Cycle Readiness program to ensure users and leadership are ready for the transition to Epic.
    • This includes signing off that claims requirements are accounted for and regularly reviewing the Revenue Cycle Checklist with site leadership.
  • Go-live and post-live stabilization:
    • Coordinate Charge Capture Stabilization to ensure each department returns to charging baselines.
    • Coordinate What to Do Sessions for end users on key workflows throughout the post live period.
    • Facilitate regular meetings to review metrics and priorities throughout stabilization.
  • Ongoing basis:
    • Run the PB Community Connect Financial Metrics report on a monthly basis to monitor overall financial performance
    • Reach out to Connect sites for follow-up as needed.
    • Meet with Connect sites to review key financial metrics, focus areas, and upcoming features in Epic.
    • Running and monitoring monthly financial performance reports
    • Create action plans for improvement for any site that isn''t happy with their overall performance

 

<>Requirements & Qualifications<>·         Strong revenue cycle Epic analyst<>·         2 yrs + Experience working in a business office<>Evaluation Criteria<>·       Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset.<>·       Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.<>·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.<>·       Proactive in identifying data issues and proposing improvement solutions.
