Team requires day-to-day operational support across Zendesk, immigration, and mobility administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Background in immigration and mobility, with a strong understanding of the U.S. immigration landscape.
· Able to be upskilled on the mobility side, if needed.
· Experience managing complex immigration cases.
· 3+ years of relevant, hands-on experience.
· HR/Employee Relations/HR Generalist background would be a strong fit.

This Talent Mobility Coordinator position is part of the Compensation & Employee Programs (CEP) team, which designs and delivers programs that touch all employees during their Client journey.

The Role: Our people are our greatest asset, and as a part of Compensation & Employee Programs (CEP), you''ll play a crucial role within the organization by supporting the continued scaling of our operations in UCAN (& LATAM?).
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator with experience within a Talent (Human Resources) environment to assist with managing and improving administrative processes and tasks for the Talent Mobility team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration of our Talent Mobility Program: You will work closely with our external and internal stakeholders (Employee Services, Talent Acquisition and external relocation and immigration partners) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations of our mobility programs:
β Inbox Administration: General oversight of our Talent Mobility inbox, ensuring tickets are viewed and addressed in a timely manner
β Vendor Initiation: Collect necessary information and context from internal partners and initiate vendors for new immigration and/or relocation files via the vendor’s agreed initiation method
i. Visa Assessments
ii. Mobility initiations
iii. Immigration-only initiations
β Mobility Documentation: Prepare mobility-related files and documents
β Immigration Documentation: Prepare required employer support letters and/or employer questionnaires for immigration applications based on agreed templates, coordinate signatures (where required) and liaise with vendors for collection of documents
β Case Management System: Monitor the internal ticketing system for new cases that require initiation to vendors or allocation to specific team members or other regions
β Immigration Compliance: Ensure required documentation advised by vendor partner is uploaded to the employee’s record in the HRIS
β Reporting: Prepare reports, as required, from data provided by our relocation and immigration partners
β Cost Estimates: Collate information and draft cost estimates for permanent relocations, as required, for Talent Mobility review
2. Knowledge Management
β Data Integrity: Ensure appropriate immigration & mobility files and documents are properly created & stored.
β Inventory: Assist with cataloging existing country-level immigration and relocation resources available for the team and internal stakeholders
β Coordination: Work with the Talent Mobility team and external partners to consolidate and refresh information and create a process for regular review
β Workflows: Assess existing workflows and suggest process improvements for efficiency and scalability; create work instructions for key Talent Mobility processes
3. Ad hoc projects
β Assist the Talent Mobility team with ad hoc projects as required
