RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Engagement Coordinator to join their Talent & Development team in South San Francisco, CA.

Summary:
In this role, you will be a key driver of the programs that shape company culture. You will manage the critical organizational details for employee-facing initiatives, ensuring that every touchpoint-from recognition program to site lead program-is executed with high quality and a focus on the employee experience. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, values precision, and is committed to delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment.

Project Description:
Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Program Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics for employee engagement initiatives, such as the recognition and site lead program; You will maintain detailed project documentation to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met
* Effective Communication: Draft and refine internal communications; You will ensure that all updates are clear, accurate, and maintain a collaborative tone for a global audience
* Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate current workflows-such as shipping logistics or badge approvals-and suggest practical ways to make them more efficient and scalable
* Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct careful audits of employee data, including validating start dates, to ensure all recognition programs are accurate and inclusive; Comfortable with managing budgets with clear processes and reports
* Team Collaboration: Act as a reliable point of contact for logistics, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar high-volume coordination role
* Strong Attention to Detail: You have a proven ability to manage complex tasks that require high accuracy (e.g., ensuring correct details for recognition awards or shipping addresses)
* Effective Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines; You can stay organized and adjust your focus when unexpected, urgent needs arise
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace; Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Slack is a plus
* Communication & Service Mindset: You possess a clear and approachable communication style and a strong commitment to supporting your colleagues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
