Duration: Contract - 12 months


Pay Range:


Charlotte, NC -$67.89 (Pay Rate: $47.80)


Jersey City, NJ -$71.22 (Pay Rate: $50.15)


Pennington, NJ -$71.22 (Pay Rate: $50.15)

Interview: 1-2 rounds. Video required.

Assessment: Glider - Data Consultant. Score report with all skill categories must be attached. Minimum passing score: above 30%.

Job Description


We are seeking a Senior Reporting & Data Analytics to provide end-to-end production support for executive metric reporting routines and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advanced Excel, SQL, and data mining and a proven ability to deliver accurate, executive-ready dashboards, diagnose and fix code or macro issues, and distill complex data into clear insights. Reports and executive summaries must be pristine and error free due to the senior audience.


Responsibilities:



  • Own end-to-end production support for recurring metric reports and dashboards.

  • Leverage advanced Excel, Power Query, and VBA/macros to automate and optimize reporting.

  • Use SQL to extract, join, and validate data from multiple sources and systems of record.

  • Perform data mining, aggregation, and trend analysis to identify discrepancies and at-risk controls.

  • Produce SPI inventory, risk program metrics, and performance or milestone analytics.

  • Create executive summaries and dashboards that are accurate and presentation ready.

  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve macro or code breaks.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize a changing workbench, and respond to adhoc requests.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Advanced Excel expertise including formulas, advanced functions, Power Query, and VBA/macros (5+ years).

  • Moderate-to-advanced SQL for data extraction, joins, and validation (5+ years).

  • Data mining and analytics experience to dissect, distill, and simplify data (7+ years).

  • Proven delivery of recurring reports using existing macros and code with quality and timeliness.

  • Ability to capture, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources and systems of record.

  • Strong attention to detail with an applied critical eye to catch errors or discrepancies.

  • Effective prioritization, timely follow-up, and collaboration in a hybrid environment.

  • Experience in a highly regulated industry or financial institution and prior interaction with senior managers.


Preferred Skills:



  • Prior experience creating executive dashboards or analytics in financial services.

  • Prior Bank of America experience.
