Senior Technical Program Manager, Marketing Technology
Hybrid role - Santa Clara, CA (No Complete Remote)
The role
This role exists to drive execution. The Senior TPM for Marketing Technology is accountable for timelines, delivery, and follow through across complex MarTech initiatives. You will own end to end program execution across multiple teams, surface risks early, and make sure commitments turn into outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, Data, and GTM systems, with a strong understanding of how modern marketing technology actually works. The expectation is simple: bring structure to ambiguity, create accountability, and keep programs moving.
What you will do
Own delivery of large scale MarTech programs from planning through launch and stabilization
Be the single point of accountability for timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments
Drive execution across multiple engineering and business workstreams without becoming a bottleneck
Translate business and marketing goals into clear, sequenced, executable technical plans
Partner closely with engineering to understand system design, integration patterns, constraints, and tradeoffs
Coordinate across Marketing Ops, Lifecycle, Data, Analytics, Sales Ops, and vendors to ensure alignment
Identify risks and dependency gaps early and force resolution through clear options and decisions
Establish and run operating cadence including program reviews, exec updates, and retrospectives
Create and maintain lightweight execution artifacts such as roadmaps, dependency maps, RAID logs, and launch plans
Raise the bar on delivery discipline, ownership clarity, and post launch accountability
What you bring
8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with meaningful ownership of platform or integration heavy programs
Strong working knowledge of Marketing Technology ecosystems and GTM systems
Deep understanding of marketing processes such as lead lifecycle, consent and suppression, campaign execution, attribution, and reporting
Comfort working with engineering teams and understanding APIs, data flows, event based systems, and integrations
Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams with competing priorities
Strong executive communication with clear, concise status, risks, and decision framing
Low tolerance for ambiguity without ownership and high bias for action
Nice to have
Experience with MarTech modernization or migration efforts
Experience operating in hybrid delivery models across product, platform, and data teams
Experience managing external vendors and system integrators
