Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Caledonia that are seeking IT Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage the implementation and support of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, SCADA).
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP for manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for manufacturing environments.
• Certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) or project management (e.g., PMP).
