Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Byron Center that are seeking IT Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
• Manage and support all network systems, including LAN, WAN, and wireless.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all data, systems, and networks through robust cybersecurity measures.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT support specialists, fostering professional growth and efficient problem-solving.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and utilization of resources.
• Administer and maintain ERP systems and other critical manufacturing applications.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity within an operational technology (OT) context.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to align IT strategies with production goals and industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration within manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, manage projects, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and their integration with IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices specific to operational technology (OT) environments.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
