Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Jenison that are seeking IT Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and migrations.
• Manage the IT budget, including procurement of hardware, software, and services.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff.
• Ensure the reliability and uptime of critical manufacturing IT systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement technology solutions for operational improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), operational technology (OT), and cybersecurity best practices in a manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and data management in a production-critical environment.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing IT solutions that improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management/service delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity specific to operational technology (OT) environments.
