Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in financial systems, data analysis, and Agile delivery. The role involves working on a large enterprise transformation project covering billing, payments, CRM, and ERP systems.

Required Skills
3+ years as Business/Technical Analyst
Strong SQL & data analysis experience
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) / Agile
Knowledge of billing, payments, or financial systems
Experience with CRM/ERP (Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
Data migration / ETL experience

Nice to Have
Public sector or transportation domain
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
