Summary

Outstanding long-term contract opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong Excel skills in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). This role sits within a large Financial Services organization and offers the chance to support high-visibility workforce management and operations initiatives within an enterprise CTO environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, ambitious professional who can wear multiple hats and go beyond the ask.

We are looking for someone with strong communication, sound judgment, and a consultative approach. Someone who can support leaders, manage priorities, and help keep operations moving forward. This is not a heavily technical role, but it does require strong business acumen, executive-level communication, and advanced Excel skills.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst, business services, operations, project coordination, or related consulting experience
  • Strong communication, program management, operations, vendor management, and process improvement skills with the ability to wear multiple hats
  • Advanced to expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, macros, and strong reporting capabilities
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create and distribute executive-level communications; SharePoint Online is a plus
  • Consultative background and/or a consultative approach to project management
  • Self-starter with strong judgment, follow-through, and the ability to work effectively across stakeholders
  • Must be based in Charlotte, NC and comfortable working in a hybrid environment

What You Will Be Doing
  • This position will support workforce management within an enterprise-level organization.
  • Support moderately complex initiatives, deliverables, and planning activities across the business
  • Review business challenges, analyze variable factors, and help drive solutions in partnership with key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
  • Support workforce management, operations, and project coordination activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Create reports, presentations, and executive-level communications using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with client personnel and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, support deliverables, and work within business policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
