Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst II to join our dynamic team supporting Bank of America's Erica, Chat, and Voice Technology organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistical and business analysis support, executive communication, and MS Office productivity, and a proven ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment while driving clarity, organization, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings and capture takeaways, decisions, and action items to support accountability and follow-through.
- Create and maintain consistent project progress reports consolidating major updates, risks, and watch items.
- Assist with strategic projects including presentation development, data analysis, and executive-ready materials.
- Communicate with leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, convey updates, and align on priorities.
- Prepare and maintain a forward-looking calendar of internal and external events, milestones, and key deadlines.
- Provide back-up administrative and logistical support as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within time constraints.
- Polished written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability across all levels.
- Demonstrated proactive mindset, ability to learn quickly, and handle new responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to diverse perspectives and styles while maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- SharePoint design and development experience.
- Experience with Ariba, eRequest, ARM, Concur, Workday, and WebEx.
- Advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Domain knowledge of banking and financial applications.
