This role provides hands-on technical support to a large number of users across multiple offices and active construction jobsites nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Provide end-user technical support in person, by phone, and via remote access tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues with a customer-first mindset
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, conferencing equipment, and peripherals
- Deploy and image systems using Microsoft-based tools and standardized configurations
- Coordinate technology deliveries, installations, and user equipment transitions
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets using asset tracking software
- Support Microsoft environments including Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile platforms
- Communicate with hardware and software vendors to coordinate service and support
- Participate in cross-functional projects to evaluate and deploy new technologies
- Follow IT security protocols and maintain strict confidentiality
- Continue professional development through company-supported training and self-learning
- Provide occasional travel support to other company locations as needed
- Perform other duties aligned with IT operations and business needs
What You'll Need
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts, including wireless networks
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and iOS/Android devices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across varied user skill levels
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, discretion, and critical thinking
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Web design experience a plus, not required
Education & Certifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or 1 3 years of relevant IT support experience preferred
- Microsoft or industry-recognized IT certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must pass background check and drug screening

- Onsite role based in Farmington, CT
- Minimal travel to company locations may be required
