Job Summary:
Seeking a Software Engineer 3 to support an IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large and complex data sources into structured and actionable formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation solutions for business processes using RPA technologies
Build and maintain document intelligence solutions for processing large, complex data sets
Develop solutions to ingest, analyze, and convert multi-hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable formats
Enable search functionality across processed data and documents
Provide infrastructure support for automation and document processing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver solutions
Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing support of automation solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems
Work in a fast-paced Agile environment (Kanban/Scrum)

BluePrism Certification
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification

II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.

8	Required	Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended bots interacting with web sites
8	Required	Experience with RPA integration with APIs and Databases including RESTful web services and SQL DBs

8	Required	Experience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data
4	Preferred	Experience with Azure infrastructure including troubleshooting
4	Preferred	Experience with Power Automate development including Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows
4	Preferred	Proficiency in the Java programming language
4	Preferred	Power BI, SQL
4	Preferred	Azure AI/Cognitive Search
1	Preferred	BluePrism Certification
1	Preferred	Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
