Job Responsibilities

• OneTrust modules, these are common responsibilities for all modules in scope.¹
• Keep abreast of the requirements for OneTrust modules¹.
• Establish best practices on how these modules support Privacy Operations in the areas of integrations, automations, and workflow enhancements in accordance with OneTrust program documentation and applicable policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for enhancements and integration with other OneTrust modules and  cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with overall company privacy objectives. 
• Provide technical support to investigate and resolve module issues with the vendor and internal parties.
• Intake enhancement requests related to OneTrust modules in scope.
• Set configuration standards to ensure compatibility with future vendor upgrades.
• Plan and coordinate rollout of patches and updates.  
• Provide technical support to investigate and resolve module issues with the vendor and internal parties.
• Guide partners for major enhancements. 
• Providing guidance to the business users regarding impact of deployed changes; documentation updates, and communication to impacted users and stakeholders;
• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.

• Cookie Consent module,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Privacy team and Digital Strategies for cookie consent changes, enhancements, and integrations with other One Trust modules.
• Establish best practices on how the cookie compliance module is structured and implemented across digital properties.
• Create and implement script governance.
• Catalog sites to be scanned and ensures that sites are scanned at required frequency. 
• Work with site owners to categorize unknown cookies.
• Administration of the Cookie Consent tool including adding/deleting users.
• Configure the Cookie consent tool for sites.
• Provides guidance to teams on how to best implement the cookie scripts. 
• Lead resolution of incidents related to cookie consent and banners. Includes resolving stuck scans, failed scans, and scans with partial results.
• Accountable for Cookie Manager role in OneTrust

• Third Party Risk Management, Data Mapping, and Incident Management (Breach)  module
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Privacy Team, Ariba, Cybersecurity for enhancements and integration with other OneTrust modules and  cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with overall company privacy objectives.

• Consent Rate Optimization (CRO) and Universal Consent and Preference Management (UCPM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Privacy, YourAccount(MyAccount), pge.com, PossibleNOW, and PG&E cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with overall company privacy objectives. 
• Establish best practices on how these modules support Authenticated Consent for logged in users.
• Accountable for Consent Manager role in OneTrust

• As the Technical Subject Matter Expert,
• Keep abreast of industry best practices for Cookie Consent (cookie compliance), for Privacy Operations and Authenticated Consent modules.
• Provide architecture and design guidance of implementing cookie compliance scripts.
• Provide architecture and design guidance of OneTrust modules for Privacy Operations and Authenticated Consent.
• Solid understanding of the impact of all modules to website, applications, and microsites and how it is configured in 
• Evaluate the existing or potential new integrations with other systems and processes.
• Support the technical implementation of new integrations in accordance with OneTrust program documentation and applicable  policies and procedures.
