Summary
Looking for a hungry, sharp-minded, and polished Technical BA looking to join a high-performing team.  We are seeking a passionate, young, and sharp up-and-comer (or a polished seasoned rockstar) to act as the linchpin between our business stakeholders and technical engineering teams. You will operate within a fast-paced Scrum environment, taking ownership of the backlog, turning complex requirements into polished user stories, and driving project velocity using Azure Boards.

What You''ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Backlog Mastery: Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog within Azure Boards, ensuring it is always "ready " for development.
• Scrum Champion: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate complex stakeholder requirements into actionable, clear, and concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Azure Functional Analysis: Leverage a solid foundation of Azure knowledge to analyze how new features impact existing cloud infrastructure, security, and scalability.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between non-technical stakeholders and developers, ensuring business needs are understood, documented, and delivered.
• Velocity & Flow: Monitor sprint progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure the team meets its "Definition of Done ".

Who You Are (Requirements)

1. Experience: Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, specifically within an Agile/Scrum environment.
2. Azure Foundation: A solid foundational understanding of Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity) is a must.
3. Tools: Expert proficiency in Azure Boards (Azure DevOps) for work item tracking and sprint management.
4. Polished Communication: Highly articulate, able to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
5. Personality & Attitude: Fun, high-energy, and extremely adaptable. You are "hungry " to learn, grow, and take ownership.
6. Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science (CS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field is preferred.
