Job Description:

Serve as a seasoned Oracle Order Management Functional Lead responsible for evaluating, designing, configuring, and delivering Oracle EBS R12 solutions across Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements, support large-scale Oracle implementations, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer service capabilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, design, configure, and implement Oracle EBS R12 solutions within Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules.
  • Lead Oracle implementation and rollout initiatives, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Order Management solutions.
  • Partner with customer service, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to define business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, providing regular status updates and reporting to project leadership.
  • Analyze business processes and transactional data to identify opportunities for optimization and process simplification.
  • Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives related to Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data conversion and integration activities supporting Oracle implementations.
  • Provide functional guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex functional issues and support production operations as needed.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, testing scripts, and training materials.

 

Required:

  • 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience with a focus on Order Management and related modules.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle EBS R12 implementation and rollout projects.
  • Strong understanding of Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Quoting, and Configurator functionality.
  • Experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
