Summary

Job Title: Agentic AI Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid ) / or 100% remote



Responsibilities:

Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.

Develop RAG-based AI applications and integrate LLMs.

Build secure FastAPI microservices supporting AI agents.

Implement agent tools, MCP integrations, and evaluation frameworks.

Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and CI/CD practices.




Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development or data engineering
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI or LLM-based applications
• Experience building APIs, microservices, or distributed systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field


Required Skills:

5+ years of software development or data engineering experience.

Strong Python (FastAPI, Async, Pydantic) or Node.js/TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with at least one agent framework: LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.

Experience building Generative AI/LLM applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.

Strong experience implementing RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, citations).

Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, FAISS, or OpenSearch.

Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and AWS.

Experience with tool/function calling, structured outputs, streaming, and MCP integrations.

Familiarity with AI evaluations, guardrails, hallucination detection, and prompt injection protection.


Education:

Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
