Sr .Net Web Developer

Job Description:

Senior Dev lead, with the expectation of leading delivery of multiple eams and team member.
Hands on 'Mastery' development experience in C#.NET, React, SQL Server, AzDevOps.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#.NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React and related frameworks.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.
• Perform application and database performance tuning and optimization.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Lead hands-on development across the full SDLC, from design to production support.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement DevOps best practices including code quality checks, automated testing, and release automation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience in enterprise environments.

• C#.NET / ASP.NET Core
• React (Hooks, Redux, modern UI patterns)
• SQL Server (advanced queries, indexing, performance tuning)
• Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases)

• REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Object-oriented and SOLID design principles
• Git-based version control and branching strategies
• Proven experience delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to security standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
