Senior .Net Web Developer / lead role

Introduction:

This position is for a Senior .Net Web Developer who will also take on a lead role within the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple teams and team members. They will have hands-on 'Mastery' development experience in C#.NET, React, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#.NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React and related frameworks.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.
• Perform application and database performance tuning and optimization.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Lead hands-on development across the full SDLC, from design to production support.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement DevOps best practices including code quality checks, automated testing, and release automation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience in enterprise environments.
• Mastery-level expertise in C#.NET / ASP.NET Core, React, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, object-oriented design principles, Git-based version control, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to security standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
